CreatorKit Pro
Your product changes. Old support answers do not.
Buyers end up searching old emails, PDFs, chat threads and FAQs. SupportKeep gives each product one current source of truth instead.
Current-version truth
Keep compatibility, setup and known issues tied to the version buyers are actually using.
Answers from your sources
Upload approved documentation and let buyers ask questions without opening the door to generic web answers.
Support that learns
When SupportKeep cannot answer, the question comes back to you. Approve one answer and it becomes reusable product knowledge.
From product to permanent support link in minutes.
Create the product
Add the current version, quick start, compatibility and known issues.
Add approved knowledge
Upload a PDF, TXT/MD file or paste the documentation buyers are allowed to use.
Publish one link
Share the SupportKeep page with every buyer and keep updating the same permanent destination.
When the answer is not documented, SupportKeep says so.
SupportKeep is built around seller-approved product knowledge. It does not browse the open web to invent an answer about your product.
Product documentation and seller-approved answers form the knowledge base.
New versions start clean so old compatibility and issue data do not silently leak forward.
If the source material does not support an answer, the buyer sees that it is not documented yet.
Try everything free for 14 days. Then choose by product count.

What sellers usually want to know first.
SupportKeep is intentionally narrow: one current, buyer-facing support destination for each digital product.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Create an account with no card required. For 14 days you can use all SupportKeep features and publish up to five support pages. Choose Starter, Growth or Scale before the trial ends to keep published pages live.
What if I need more than 5 products?
Choose Growth for up to 25 live support pages or Scale for up to 100. The features are the same across all paid plans; only the live-product limit changes.
Do buyers need a SupportKeep account?
No. Published support pages are public buyer-facing pages. You share the product link and buyers can use it without creating an account.
Does the AI search the open web?
No. Buyer answers are limited to the current product version, uploaded sources and answers you have approved.
What happens when SupportKeep cannot answer?
It says the information is not documented instead of guessing. The unresolved question is then surfaced to you so you can approve an answer for future buyers.
What happens when I release a new version?
A new current version starts with its own compatibility, known issues and knowledge. The page returns to draft until the new version is ready, so incomplete information is not published by mistake.
Can I cancel the subscription myself?
Yes. Billing is self-service from the dashboard. If you cancel, access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
